(A mature cheddar type cheese washed in Newcastle Brown Ale)
Blengdale Blue - from Cumbria
(A creamy fat full soft blue cheese with a mild yet tangy flavour)
Isel - from Wigton, Cumbria
(A soft white mould ripened cheese made from unpasteurised goat milk. Very creamy texture, in the style of brie)
All served with local chutney and if you fancy something different just ask for some English Blossom Honey too
