Our restaurant, bar and lounges will be open but with social distancing guidelines in place. This means that our hotel residents will be required to pre-book time slots to ensure they get priority seating. Non-residents are welcome to drink and dine with us but is dependent on available tables. A member of staff will be able to show you to a free table.
In light of recent announcements from the UK Government all pubs, bars, restaurants and other hospitality venues in England must have a 10pm closing time from Thursday 24th September. Venues will also be restricted by law to table service only. With this in mind, we wanted to advise you of the below changes that will come in to effect:
New Service Times:
- Reservations in restaurant can be made from 6pm to 8pm.
- Last orders for drinks will now be 9.30pm and we will close the restaurant and bar at 10pm.
Please note table service will be in operation for all guests.
If you have an existing booking that is affected by the above changes, a member of the team will be in touch to rearrange your reservation. Priority is being placed on bookings over the next 10 days.
Tables must be booked in advance and we ask guests to scan our unique QR code for NHS test and trace upon entry. We do also have a manually track and trace system in place for guests who do not have a smartphone.
It is now mandatory by the UK government that guests wear a face covering (except those who are exempt) from entry to the point of exiting the building, including any movement within the building. These can be removed once you are seated at your table.
Adhering to UK Government guidance, we can accept group bookings for up to 6 guests only. From areas affected by local lockdown restrictions, we can only accept bookings from the same household or support bubble.
Our waiting-on teams will be wearing face shields and abide to a strict hand washing and sanitising regime instead of wearing gloves. They will also carry hand sanitising gel with them at all times.
Your orders will be taken at your table once you are seated, please do not wait at the bar.
Our waiting team will serve your food and drink to your table.
Hand sanitiser is available throughout the hotel at key points, please make use of this as you enter the building.
Tables will be socially distanced, or guests will be seated at every other table to ensure social distancing is in place.
We have clear screens available which can be put in place, if you feel this would make you more comfortable when dining, please just ask a member of team.
