Staying with Us
Please note it is now mandatory by the UK government that guests wear a face covering (except those who are exempt) from entry to the point of exiting public areas of the building, including any movement within the building. Face coverings may of course be removed when eating and drinking in the restaurants.
To ensure that we successfully manage enhanced cleanliness protocols and social distancing rules we will have fewer rooms available at any given moment. Our enhanced hygiene protocols include all linen being removed and laundered between guest visits, all in-room facilities will be deep cleaned and we use our ozone sanitiser machine in all guest bedrooms before guests check in.
We are providing clean and disinfected keys upon check-in, along with a pack of useful information in the roomto reduce time checking-in at reception to increase social distancing.
We have a single use strategy that will extend to publications, leaflets and magazines which will no longer be available in public areas, but behind reception and provided on request
We will operate a one-way systems where appropriate in the public areas and will flex accordingly to facilitate any reduced mobility requirements.
Our team has undertaken robust training around the new health and hygiene protocols prior to reopening. We have instigated additional hand washing procedures and audits have been introduced for our team. Our team will have staggered arrival and departure times to reduce contact and we are providing PPE for our team members where appropriate - including face shields and disposable gloves where appropriate.
