As part of our philosophy, we carefully choose our produce to provide our guests with the finest ingredients. In the kitchens we focus on using the highest quality of fresh, local and seasonal produce to reduce food miles. A large proportion of these ingredients are grown on site in our kitchen garden by Kate our Head Gardener. Our charcuterie and smoked salmon are produced in house by Eddie our Head Chef. We also follow a low salt policy in our cooking methods and always endeavour, where possible to buy local services to reduce our carbon footprint and have a direct positive effect on the local economy.
